We respect the rights of the models and photographers who contribute to the Service. All content is published with appropriate consents and model releases. Any unauthorized use of likeness rights or portrait rights is strictly prohibited.
8. Termination
By you: You may close your account at any time by visiting your account settings. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately before account deletion to avoid further charges.
By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, extended inactivity, or as required by law.
Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including IP rights, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
